Design In-House LLC is the exclusive, authorized representatives for SoftPlan in Florida.

You could buy SoftPlan on-line from SoftPlan Systems, Inc. (SSI) in Brentwood, TN and get a box with a couple of books, an installation DVD and some paperwork to help you install the program, and then you would have to try to figure it all out on your own.

However, SSI wants you to get not only the best product, but also the best possible on-site service and support.  That’s why they authorize representatives like Design In-House LLC in the first place.  And that’s why they list Design In-House LLC as an authorized representative on their website.  SoftPlan Systems, Inc. believes it makes sense to have us visit your office or place of business and show you exactly what SoftPlan is and how it works…before you buy.  We couldn’t agree more.

It doesn’t cost you a penny for that added service.  After seeing our live, on-site SoftPlan demo you may decide to purchase the program.  Design In-House LLC will help you place your order with SSI in Tennessee.  You’ll pay the exactly the same price as if you had ordered it on your own over the phone or on the web, but you’ll get a whole lot more. 

A few days later when your program arrives, we’ll return to your office and provide free on-site installation, free setup to your drawing requirements—including hundreds of construction and engineering detail drawings for the STD-1099 and IRC-2006 compliance.  Plus a free materials takeoff setup for southern construction methods for slabs, filled cells, bond beams, down-pours, lintels, SH windows, HVAC, screen rooms and much more.  And we’ll include three hours of hands-on basic training, and an introductory, reusable training DVD—all free. 

Same program, same packaging, same books, same warranty, same price, same everything, all fully authorized and fully registered.  So what’s the deal?

While we are a sales organization, in reality, we're more like teachers in that we show our customers a better way, then proceed to provide the training, service and support to help improve their business.
